<p>Job Description</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>Location</p> <p>Training onsite at Gateway Plaza.</p> <p>Schedule</p> <p>Monday-Friday</p> <ul> <li>8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 8:30am to 5:00pm, OR 9:00 am - 5:30 pm </li></ul> <p>Candidates with DME experience authorizations and general insurance knowledge is highly preferred.</p> <p>Top Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Obtain departmental authorizations accurately and effectively. </li><li>Request and track Certificates of Medical Necessity (CMNs). </li><li>Communicate authorization status and insurance changes with the insurance and applicable teams. </li></ul> <p>Top Skills for Success</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong time-management skills with the ability to stay current on all tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to support team members and assist with special projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to participate process improvement initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Team member should have the ability to manage workload and work independently within 3 months.</p> </li><li> <p>Possess basic math skills to calculate orders.</p> </li><li> <p>Understand insurance authorization requirements across various payors.</p> </li></ul> <p>Culture</p> <p>Team-oriented environment that encourages open communication and support.</p> <p>Onboarding includes:</p> <ul> <li>At least two weeks of onsite training </li><li>Continued virtual training until the team member can perform duties independently </li><li>After successful completion of training, this position will transition to remote work. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED required </li><li>Experience with document imaging systems preferred </li><li>Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus </li></ul>
