<ul> <li>Position Purpose </li></ul> <p>Under the direct supervision of the Workforce Development Administrator, performs the following functions: Perform services related to customer service; Perform Office Duties; and Perform other duties as assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Duties and Responsibilities </li><li>Filling </li><li>Data entry into Microsoft Excel and Word Documents </li><li>Process Mail </li><li>Copy and scan documents as needed </li><li>Fax documents as needed </li><li>Answer phones </li><li>Greet Customers </li><li>Various projects as needed </li><li>Qualifications - Education, Experience, and Skills </li><li>Ability to maintain continuity of departmental operations </li><li>Basic math, communications and public relations skills </li><li>Proficient knowledge of office equipment (Copier, fax machine, calculator) </li><li>Ability to act in confidence </li><li>Organization Skills </li><li>Experience in Microsoft Office </li><li>Practice human relation skills (trustworthy, confident, team interpersonal skills, resolve conflicts, work well with others) </li><li>Maintain a code of ethics.
