<p>As a Retail Activations Representative you will take inbound customer calls for device activation, listen to and answer customer questions, and ensures that every customer has a positive experience with Best Buy Health. You will make the best recommendation for products, plans, and value-added services that can sometimes even save a customer's life. A successful team member will fully explain the benefits and value of our life-saving products and services. We're looking for candidates who excel at problem solving, kind and direct communication, and are performance driven.</p> <p>Targeted Pay: $19/hr base pay, plus uncapped commission plan.</p> <p>This role is remote but may involve occasional onsite collaboration at our Best Buy Health office. For this role, you must be located within a commutable distance to Reno, Nevada.
