<p>Director Clinical Education & Professional Development</p> <p>Are you a passionate, education-focused nursing professional who wants to shape and elevate clinical training on a national scale? If so, we invite you to join Interim HealthCare as our next Director of Clinical Education & Professional Development a strategic role that will standardize and strengthen clinical training across our home health, hospice, personal care, and staffing services.</p> <p>In this role, you will design evidence-based education programs, build standardized onboarding and annual competencies, and develop clinical pathways, protocols, and custom LMS content to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care across all Interim service lines. You'll partner with regional leaders to support adoption, assign training, and continually improve the learning experience for clinical personnel nationwide.</p> <p>Our Director Clinical Education & Professional Development enjoys some notable benefits:</p> <ul> <li>$95,000 - $115,000 per year plus an annual bonus opportunity </li><li>Collaborative work environment where your contributions will be valued and recognized </li><li>Supportive, people-first culture that honors empathy, teamwork, and clinical excellence </li><li>Generous PTO, Holiday Pay, Medical/Dental/Vision & 401(k) Benefits </li></ul> <p>As the Director Clinical Education & Professional Development, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Design and evaluate evidence-based clinical education programs and implementation processes across personal care, home health, hospice, and medical staffing </li><li>Create, standardize, and maintain new hire onboarding, annual competencies, and clinical skills assessments for all clinical roles </li><li>Develop clinical protocols, care pathways, preceptor programs, and custom learning content within the LMS </li><li>Build and manage clinical leadership training and professional development resources for franchise partners and regional teams </li><li>Develop learning plans tied to quality improvement initiatives, including STAR ratings and other performance outcomes </li><li>Provide training resources, growth pathways, and clinical ladder frameworks to support ongoing skill development and career advancement </li><li>Collaborate with regional leadership to communicate updates, support training rollout, and maintain clinical education tools and materials </li><li>Develop, update, and manage clinical resources, training content, and documentation in ORCA and LMS platforms, while maintaining appropriate PHI protections </li></ul> <p>A few must-haves for our Director Clinical Education & Professional Development:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (graduate degree and/or Certified Nurse Educator preferred) </li><li>10+ years of experience in clinical education, preferably in a home-based care environment </li><li>Proven ability to develop training content and influence change with clinical leaders, franchise partners, and multi-site teams </li><li>Working knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, EMRs, and Learning Management Systems </li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to educate, inspire, and communicate clearly with diverse audiences </li><li>Strong relationship management skills and a track record of collaborating with leadership, vendors, and operational stakeholders </li><li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify gaps, evaluate information, and drive solutions </li><li>Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail </li><li>Ability to travel up to 25% </li></ul> <p>Why Work for Interim HealthCare?</p> <p>Since 1966, Interim HealthCare has been a pioneer in home health and wellness services now with 300+ locally owned offices nationwide.
