You will systematically receive inventory and supplies, conduct cycle counts, and pick, prepack, QA and shelve orders.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide logistical support to the RSD team </li><li>Responsible for coordination of shipping and receiving complete CIB sets and IT Go Boxes to event sites including tracking and stocking of supplies as needed </li><li>Order and maintain all RSD supply inventories including completion of inventory sheets for CIBs before shipping, inventory returning CIBs and restock and build CIBs as necessary </li><li>Perform operational checks on equipment to ensure functionality </li><li>Process claims with shippers on damaged/missing shipments in a timely manner </li><li>Track and analyze missed shipments to ensure they do not occur again </li><li>Respond to customer inquiries and refer to appropriate personnel if unable to handle </li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to move containers with wheels up to 120 lbs </li><li>Knowledge of electronic shipping (e.g., FedEx, UPS, etc.) </li><li>Excellent customer service, organization and follow-through skills </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to excel at details, multi-task, and work with a high sense of urgency </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma, or GED </li><li>5 years of related shipping and receiving experience, Medical logistics experience preferred </li><li>Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <ul> <li>Training: TBD </li><li>Shift: Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm (with occasional overtime), on site out of our Nashville Corporate office. </li></ul> <p>About Leidos QTC Health Services</p> <p>Leidos QTC Health Services collaborates closely with government and non-government customers to address current and future program needs within the health services domain.
