As part of this role, you can expand your network and gain valuable experience at the intersection of technology and business.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Greet and assist incoming visitors </li><li>Answer a wide variety of questions related to the department's procedures and other general questions (training will be provided) </li><li>General clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, shredding, and other duties as assigned </li><li>Assist with heavy volume of phones; taking detailed messages for staff follow-up as necessary </li><li>Researching and identifying potential partnership opportunities </li><li>Assisting in the creation of presentations, website, and activities plan </li><li>Managing communications and documentation </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Excellent research and analytical skills </li><li>Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously </li><li>Strong organizational skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li><li>Perform other such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel </li><li>Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet manner </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Reliable and patient with visitors </li><li>Office experience a plus </li><li>Ability to work independently </li><li>Strong customer service and organizational skills </li></ul>
