<p>You'll be part of our AMER Mirakl Ads team led by Octavie Gosselin, VP Mirakl Ads. Together with your team, you'll be unlocking profitable revenue streams with Mirakl Ads, a self-service retail media platform that gives retailers complete control over ad inventory, and enables advertisers of all sizes to maximise performance to deliver shoppers the products that perfectly match their needs.</p> <p>Mirakl Ads launched in November 2022 and represents a unique offering in the retail media space. By leveraging Mirakl's expertise in eCommerce best practices, product data management, and conversion optimization, we've built a purpose-built retail media solution that maximizes sales and enhances profitability through digital advertising expenditure.</p> <p>Mirakl is actively looking for a Head of Sales, Mirakl Ads to support the rapid adoption of Mirakl Ads in the AMER region and contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SaaS sales management and Retail Media. This position is available in either our Boston or New York office.</p> <p>Your Impact:</p> <p>As the Head of Sales for Mirakl Ads in AMER, you'll spearhead the expansion of our retail media activities, leading a dynamic sales team to promote Mirakl Ads among both new and existing customers. We're looking for a charismatic relationship builder who is proactive, innovative, and well-connected. You'll play a key role in shaping our corporate sales strategy, driving its execution, and achieving strategic goals. Additionally, you will provide executive sponsorship for clients, handle initial escalations, and ensure smooth customer engagements. Join us and be at the forefront of our sales force, making a direct impact on our success.</p> <p>What you will do at Mirakl:</p> <ul> <li>Play a pivotal and inspiring role in building, leading, and motivating a talented sales team composed of Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers, driving them toward unparalleled success. </li><li>Define global go to market strategy consistent with Mirakl's objectives </li><li>Establish solid relationships with key players at the highest levels of an organization, particularly within the VP, EVP, and C-suite </li><li>Continuous mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training duties </li><li>Supporting Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required </li><li>Develop partnerships and increase the visibility of Mirakl Ads in the E-Commerce and Retail Media sector </li><li>Collaborate with marketing, business development, and partners to build accurate forecast and pipeline </li><li>Reporting on sales activity and revenue forecast </li></ul> <p>What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of proven success in software sales and experience within the retail media industry </li><li>At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in managing a sales team, with a minimum team size of 10 people </li><li>Proven track record of driving regional growth for a SaaS company through acquiring new clients and implementing effective upsell/cross-sell strategies </li><li>Must be a highly business-driven individual who excels in fast-paced and dynamic environments </li><li>Fluency in French and/or Spanish would be an added advantage </li></ul>
