We are looking for candidates that are local to Northern Indiana or Southern Michigan.</p> <p>Paint Repair Tech Job Summary:</p> <p>We are looking for an experienced Paint Repair Tech that has worked in a high quality environment to join our team. This role involves experience in body repair and spray equipment. Experience in Residential or RV's is preferred. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in fast paced, piece rate compensation structure and high-quality working environment. We are looking for highly motivated, team oriented individuals who want to be a part of building an amazing product for an amazing company.</p> <p>Paint Repair Tech Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Surface prepping, repairing and painting exterior of the unit. </li><li>Restore structural integrity of the unit and unit's overall appearance. </li></ul> <p>Paint Repair Tech Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of body repair and spray equipment experience in a high quality environment.
