<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>The Licensing and Compliance Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for overseeing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Fintech aging reports, resolving outstanding balances for assigned business units</p> </li><li> <p>This role manages accounts receivable related to EDI and Fintech, including collections, researching payment agreements, and ensuring overall accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>You will generate various billback/claims invoices and ensure timely and accurate supplier billing</p> </li><li> <p>You will also prepare and communicate ABC state license reports to internal and external and update internal ERP to ensure compliance and data integrity</p> </li><li> <p>The Licensing and Compliance Accounts Receivable Associate will respond to EDI and Fintech issues from team members and internal and external customers</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 1 to 2 plus years of related experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
