<p>Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (.NET/C#) for a leading healthcare technology organization in Raleigh, NC. The Senior Software Engineer (.NET/C#) will work within a Microsoft stack, with a strong emphasis on backend development using C#.NET and Azure. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite per week in Raleigh, NC.</p> <p>This position is only available for NC residents: This position does require On-site in person Interviews</p> <p>Responsibilities for the Senior Software Engineer (.NET/C#) include:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and execute advanced development tasks for both frontend and backend using .NET Core, C#, and Angular </li><li>Provide technical guidance and architectural leadership on complex projects </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and technical standards </li><li>Analyze and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability </li><li>Mentor junior and mid-level developers to promote a culture of learning and improvement </li><li>Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards </li><li>Create and maintain detailed technical documentation </li><li>Implement CI/CD practices and contribute to microservices architecture </li></ul> <p>Requirements for the Senior Full Stack Software Engineer include:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in a senior role </li><li>Strong backend development experience with .NET Core and C# </li><li>Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React </li><li>Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native applications </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field </li><li>AZ-900 and AZ-204 certifications (or willingness to obtain within specified timeframes) </li><li>Proficiency in SQL Server and Cosmos DB </li><li>Experience with Agile methodology and SDLC </li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills </li><li>Must be eligible to work in the United States </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the Senior Software Engineer (.NET/C#):</p> <ul> <li>$110,000-$120,000 annually </li><li>Full comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and sick leave as required by law </li><li>This job opens for applications on 2/13/26.
