<p>Description</p> <p>As the Youth Outreach Worker, you will carry a small caseload of 5-6 youth. The smaller caseload allows for greater opportunity to have a significant impact on the lives of these individuals as you learn and grow in a team-centric, multi-disciplinary environment. Collaborating with a Master's Level Clinician, you will get the chance to work one-on-one with clients in their homes and communities to build skills to address identified needs in areas ranging from emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and self-advocacy to social skills, time management, and engagement in meaningful activities. This position allows for flexibility in the interventions used as well as in the making of your schedule.
