<p>Senior Manufacturing Engineer</p> <p>Contract Role</p> <p>Pay: $65.00 per hour</p> <p>Saxon Aerospace is seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support high-volume manufacturing operations. This contract role focuses on process optimization, continuous improvement, and driving world-class quality and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for safety, quality, cost, and delivery </li><li>Improve product flow through tooling, fixtures, line layouts, ergonomics, and material presentation </li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase yield, capacity, and OEE </li><li>Lead root cause analysis using DMAIC, 5-Why, 8D, and similar methodologies </li><li>Analyze production and quality data to drive data-based decisions </li><li>Support new product introduction from pilot through full production </li><li>Develop and maintain work instructions, control plans, and FMEAs </li><li>Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field </li><li>Strong manufacturing or process engineering experience </li><li>Proven success in continuous improvement and OEE optimization </li><li>Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, SPC, and structured problem solving </li><li>Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills </li></ul> <p>Follow us on LinkedIn! https://www.linkedin.com/company/saxon-aerospace-usa</p> <p>See more job postings here: https://www.saxonaerospace.com/careers</p> <p>Saxon Aerospace Benefits include Medical Coverage, Prescription Coverage, and 401K</p> <p>Saxon Aerospace US Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
