MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN. We are looking for a jack of all trades who has experience with light plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. (Perfect for someone who is retired but willing to work when needed).</p> <p>As an On Call Maintenance Tech, you are required to do the following:</p> <ul> <li>Perform light plumbing, electrical repair, and carpentry work as requested.
