Participates in product development and strategic marketing directives. Oversees usage and adoption and manages relationships with Senior roles at the hospitals. Provides oversight and management of implementing XFERALL solutions at the client site. Provides client training and support for one to two days during the go live.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <p>Sales Activities:</p> <ul> <li>Understands and presents XFERALL and inspires prospect interest. </li><li>Provides territory support. </li><li>Manages relationships with key stakeholders across UHS Healthcare Systems, IT, and C level. </li><li>Supports Sales Strategies for products when entering new market. </li><li>Meets/exceeds pipeline generation and revenue targets. </li><li>Establishes new sales leads. </li><li>Manages existing sales relationships. </li><li>Manages customer relationships through scheduled customer success reviews. </li></ul> <p>Implementations:</p> <ul> <li>Provides oversight and management to each market XFERALL go-live. </li><li>Provides ongoing account management. </li></ul> <p>Account Management:</p> <ul> <li>Manages existing accounts. </li><li>Coordinates with XFERALL for co-marketing collaterals. </li></ul> <p>Administration:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains Service Excellence principles. </li><li>Prepares and promptly submits client status reports. </li><li>Prepares studies into markets. </li><li>Drives product direction with feature and functionality requests. </li><li>Keeps management well informed of activities, needs, problems. </li><li>Performs other tasks as required by management. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <p>Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from accredited university/college institution. </li><li>3 - 5 years of business development experience in software and related services into Healthcare markets. </li><li>Knowledge of relevant computer applications. </li><li>Strategic account planning and execution skills. </li><li>Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office, Internet, and CRM experience. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization and planning adaptability. </li><li>Innovative decision-making, problem analysis and problem-solving. </li><li>Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision. </li><li>Strong understanding of behavioral health intake workflow, acute transfer center workflows, and hospital markets.
