<p>DESCRIPTION</p> <p>The Client Solutions Director is responsible for strategic growth planning to include new business development, capacity planning, resource planning and profitability. Represent the company and the principal during negotiation and execution of special project coverage in stores, including accurate billing, reporting and analysis at project conclusion. Ensure superior project execution, prospect and lead generation on new project business opportunities, in addition to partnering with other internal teams to ensure superior category results.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Essential Functions of this Position</p> <ul> <li> <p>Build working relationships with clients, field management and Impact Business Operations/CORE</p> </li><li> <p>Grocery/Walmart associates to foster cooperation and teamwork on projects to ensure growth and</p> </li><li> <p>profitability.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with principal to negotiate and define category requirements, expectations, goals and objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate category requirements, goals and objectives to the Retail organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Refine category framework and collateral to ensure consistency and clarity for the Retail organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate the preparation and entry of each category plan into the necessary company's systems,</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate the preparation of accurate and timely billing statements for each project.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with Retail Analysts to gather, analyze and report category data.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate project results to clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop project recaps for internal use in the CORE Business Operations knowledge base.</p> </li><li> <p>Create opportunities for revenue enhancement by reviewing category data and recaps and coordinating the preparation of supporting documentation and presentation materials.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate and partner with the work of Impact Business Operations Client Solutions Managers/CORE Grocery/Walmart and support staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the design of the company's proprietary systems when required.</p> </li><li> <p>Meeting the physical requirements - listed below.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Minimum Education & Work Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree preferred</p> </li><li> <p>10 years relevant work experience</p> </li><li> <p>3 years of relationship management experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be able to effectively communicate with others.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong negotiation and relationship building skills</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to operate a calculator, computer, printer, fax machine, telephone and copier.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a car.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be willing to travel.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be proficient in a variety of software packages used to support the sales function.</p> </li><li> <p>Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have the ability to analyze sales and marketing information needed to make effective sales presentations.</p> </li><li> <p>This position requires that you drive on behalf of Acosta Sales & Marketing.</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Seeing</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to Travel</p> </li><li> <p>Color Perception</p> </li></ul> <p>ABOUT US</p> <p>Premium Retail Services is a part of Acosta Group - a collective of the industry's most trusted retail, marketing and foodservice agencies reimagining the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.</p> <p>Since 1985, Premium has been a top provider of sales and merchandising services, reshaping retail through innovation and excellence for hundreds of renowned brands across retail categories.</p> <p>With 12,000+ employees across the U.S. and Canada, we are a people-first company, and we strive to ensure our team members enjoy their jobs, feel valued, and emulate our core beliefs - that's why we frequently promote from within.
