<p>Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Manager to oversee the full scope of accounting functions, financial reporting, and project-based finance management. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy across the balance sheet, profit and loss (P&L) activities, bank reconciliations, and overall reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management, M&A support, and technical accounting skills, with the leadership and communication capabilities to guide cross-functional collaboration across business units and executive teams. Essential Job Functions: Core Accounting & Reporting • Oversee and manage all accounting operations: general ledger, month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliation processes • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Perform balance sheet and trial balance reconciliations, and lead resolution of discrepancies • Drive end-to-end profit & loss (P&L) ownership, working closely with business partners on variance analysis and forecasting alignment • Lead bank account reconciliation processes Project & Technical Accounting • Manage project accounting across multiple workstreams or entities • Act as accounting lead for M&A transactions including due diligence, carve-out support, accounting treatment reviews, and integration planning • Own accounting mapping and integrity during M&A activities, ensuring alignment with GAAP/IFRS standards • Collaborate with legal, finance, and integration teams to support post-merger consolidation • Supervise reporting consolidation across legal and operational entities Leadership & Coordination • Provide financial leadership and support to internal stakeholders, including FP&A, Operations, and Executive team • Drive cross-functional communication and process improvements across accounting and finance touchpoints • Coordinate across global stakeholders with clarity, accountability, and ownership under tight deadlines</p> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Required Competencies: • CPA required (active or inactive accepted) • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred) • Minimum 5-7 years experience in progressive accounting/finance roles • Strong knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS and accounting treatment for M&A or carve-outs • Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred • Proven project management experience across accounting or finance projects • Strong Excel and financial reporting tool skills • Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and leadership presence</p>
