The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:</p> <ul> <li>Provide job skills training to consumers assigned job tasks at Dominion Energy. </li><li>Provide planning and guidance towards the achievement of successful vocational outcomes. </li><li>Maintain case notes weekly. </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <ul> <li>A bachelor's degree in a related field. </li><li>Or; a high school diploma and experience in career counseling or related case management may substitute for the required bachelor's degree. </li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively. </li><li>Must be able to travel throughout the day to assist consumers while at work. </li><li>Must be able to work in various work environments and on a flex schedule to meet consumers needs. </li><li>Knowledge and skill in conducting needs assessments. </li><li>Knowledge of fact gathering methods and interviewing techniques. </li><li>Knowledge of community resources. </li><li>Knowledge of principles of behavior adjustment techniques. </li><li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals, families, etc. </li></ul> <p>If invited to interview, please obtain your Official 10 year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles to bring with you.
