<p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Training & development </li></ul> <p>FASTSIGNS #132001 is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!</p> <p>Benefits/Perks:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Pay </li><li>Paid Vacation and Holidays </li><li>Performance Bonus </li><li>Ongoing Training Opportunities </li></ul> <p>A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:</p> <ul> <li>Be the first point of contact for current and prospective customers at the FASTSIGNS Center, creating a professional, energetic experience that builds trust and drives sales conversions </li><li>Engage, qualify, and follow up with inbound and outbound leads, with an expected conversion rate of approximately 30-50%, turning inquiries into paying and repeat customers </li><li>Prepare accurate estimates, present solutions confidently, implement work orders, and follow established processes to ensure timely production and delivery of finished orders </li><li>Work closely with vendors, production partners, and internal teams to coordinate materials, timelines, pricing, and quality standards </li><li>Communicate with customers through multiple channels including email, telephone, in-person interactions, and on-site visits at their place of business </li><li>Participate in daily team meetings, support execution of business and marketing plans, and contribute directly to the overall success and revenue growth of the FASTSIGNS Center </li><li>Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering excellent service, proactive communication, and consistent follow-through </li><li>Act as a people-person who is driven, goal-oriented, and customer-focused, with a strong desire to meet targets, solve problems, and grow accounts over time </li></ul> <p>Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:</p> <ul> <li>2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships </li><li>Great listening and organization skills </li><li>Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more) </li><li>Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more) </li><li>Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work </li><li>Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls </li></ul> <p>Do you enjoy working with people?
