We aspire to be the best solution for the Industrial customers' needs for MROP products and services through our Innovative Pumping Solutions, Metal Working, Supply Chain Services and Service Centers.</p> <p>Check out our many videos to learn more! http://www.dxpe.com/about-us/careers/</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Site Manager include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Provide high level customer service and leadership to the on-site team serving as the lead representative for DXP </li><li>Attend customer's daily production / maintenance meetings </li><li>Oversee general procurement duties, Spot Buy, Replenishment, Open Order Status, P card reconciliation and AP invoice reconciliation </li><li>Oversee Storeroom activates; receiving, put away, spot buy pick-up, returns, outbound shipping and housekeeping </li><li>Review stock out log; identify usage patterns and recommend stocking levels </li><li>Oversee vending machine equipment to ensure they are operational and fully stocked addressing access errors as they surface </li><li>Perform daily Operational Excellence Reporting to ensure the overall workload and site operations are running efficiently </li><li>Expedite emergency Customer hot orders </li><li>Oversee and manage the quarterly cycle count process and reconciliation </li><li>Identify opportunities for growth and customer value add </li></ul> <p>Qualifications of the Site Manager include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of purchasing and inventory experience within an Integrated Supply, Industrial Distribution with manufacturing knowledge and background </li><li>Minimum 2 years of management experience </li><li>Outstanding customer service and management skills </li><li>Must be sales driven </li><li>Problem solving skills </li><li>Supervising, mentoring with strong leadership to employees </li><li>Following and implementing DXP policies and procedures </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Physical Demand: N/A</p> <p>Working Conditions: Industrial Environment</p> <p>Training/Certifications: N/A</p> <p>Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday with occasional weekends.</p> <p>Travel: No travel</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's Degree (Supply Chain Management preferred) or equivalent experience.
