<p>The RBDC's Sales Activator primary role is to increase winning versus competition in Large Format accounts.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Areas that play to your strengths</p> <p>All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:</p> <p>Expand all</p> <ul> <li>LONG TERM SALES DRIVERS </li></ul> <p>Drive collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders</p> <p>Drive in store presence in line with Perfect Store standards</p> <p>Increase permanent product disruption points at ambient and cold locations in store above competition</p> <p>Maintain and Increase product range in all stores</p> <ul> <li>BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT </li></ul> <p>Coverage of defined territory. Complete all calls allocated to individual territory</p> <p>Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost effective manner</p> <p>Proficiency in retailer ways of working (terminology)</p> <p>increasing opportunities to expand in-store presence</p> <p>Retail satisfaction responses should highlight sales effectiveness to include category education, current state of business for account, quality of sales call</p> <ul> <li>SHORT TERM SALES DRIVERS </li></ul> <p>Drive execution of agreed and over and above national and local promotion opportunities</p> <p>Report non-compliance in a timely manner</p> <p>Pre-sell to accounts all promotional activity. 30-60-90 day outlook on activity.</p> <p>Responsible to drive effective communication amongst RBDC distribution team. Ensuring best in class account service</p> <p>Lead all market activations to in-store activations for all accounts</p> <p>EXPERIENCE</p> <p>Your areas of knowledge and expertise</p> <p>that matter most for this role:</p> <ul> <li>Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card </li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age </li><li>Experience in sales, account management and DSD a plus </li><li>Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays </li><li>English; additional languages an advantage </li><li>Travel 0-10% </li><li>Permanent </li><li>Benefits eligible </li></ul>
