In this role, you'll provide hands-on nursing care while upholding the highest clinical standards and promoting dignity, comfort, and person-centered care for every resident.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>As a valued member of our care team, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver direct nursing care and implement individualized resident care plans </li><li>Administer medications and manage pain safely, accurately, and on time </li><li>Monitor resident conditions, including skin integrity and wound care </li><li>Observe, assess, document, and report changes in resident status </li><li>Carry out physician orders promptly and accurately </li><li>Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and State/Federal regulations </li><li>Provide calm, critical thinking during urgent or emergent situations </li><li>Communicate clearly with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams </li><li>Lead, assign, and support clinical staff while promoting teamwork and growth </li><li>Assist with staffing coverage and unit support as needed </li><li>Deliver thorough shift reports to ensure continuity of care </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding resident and family expectations </li><li>Float between units as operational needs require </li></ul> <p>What Makes You a Great Fit:</p> <p>You're someone who brings both skill and heart to nursing care.
