<p>Kforce has a client with an immediate need for a Product/Release Manager for an 6-8 months + contract position. This role is primarily remote, but candidates that live in CT, NY or NJ are preferred, to go in-office as needed.</p> <p>Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product/Release Manager to lead the delivery and rollout of internal developer platforms and AI-driven automation solutions that have prior experience rolling out Harness Software. This role will focus on end-to-end program execution, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring successful adoption of platform capabilities across engineering and business teams.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead planning and delivery of platform and automation initiatives from MVP through production rollout </li><li>Manage cross-functional programs spanning engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders [Dice.com] </li><li>Drive CI/CD and platform adoption programs, including rollout strategy and phased implementation </li><li>Coordinate multiple workstreams, dependencies, timelines, and risks across complex environments [interviewguy.com] </li><li>Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration </li><li>Establish governance, reporting, and communication frameworks for stakeholders and leadership [Dice.com] </li><li>Track adoption, performance, and delivery metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives </li><li>Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards* Experience managing enterprise platform, DevOps, or AI/automation programs </li><li>Strong background with CI/CD environments (e.g., Git-based workflows, deployment pipelines, release strategies) </li><li>Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and large-scale rollouts </li><li>Experience working with developer platforms, internal tools, or infrastructure-focused products </li><li>Strong stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills </li><li>Familiarity with Agile, hybrid delivery models, and structured program governance </li><li>Experience with Kubernetes, GitOps, or cloud platform migrations </li><li>Exposure to observability, security tooling, or compliance/governance frameworks </li><li>Background supporting platform adoption, developer experience, or self-service tooling initiatives </li><li>Candidates that live in the Tri-state - CT, NY, NJ are preferred </li></ul>
