<p>Kforce is immediately seeking a highly organized and adaptable Project Manager to oversee multiple government-mandated programs impacting mobile products.</p> <p>Summary: This role focuses on compliance, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution of high-visibility initiatives related to customer data privacy and identity protection.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate across legal, compliance, business, and technical stakeholders to define scope, track progress, and meet regulatory deadlines </li><li>Develop and maintain project artifacts including scope documents, project schedules, status reports, and risk logs using Microsoft Project and Office tools </li><li>Produce executive-level PowerPoint presentations to communicate updates, challenges, and mitigation strategies </li><li>Support change management efforts including frontline team awareness, customer communication planning, and process definition </li><li>Ensure alignment with budget constraints and regulatory milestones, adjusting plans as needed to accommodate evolving government requirements </li><li>Drive initiatives from pilot to production, including cross-functional coordination, process improvement, and post-launch support* 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in regulated industries (telecom, government, healthcare, etc.) </li><li>Demonstrated experience leading projects with legal, compliance, or regulatory components </li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across levels and functions </li><li>Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Project </li><li>Proven ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to frequent changes in project scope and regulatory requirements </li><li>Experience defining and rolling out new operational processes across customer-facing and internal teams </li><li>The ideal candidate will have strong business project management skills, with experience navigating legal, regulatory, and internal change management processes </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working on telecommunications products or services </li><li>Familiarity with government mandates impacting data privacy or mobile communications </li><li>Exposure to technical teams or IT project environments (bonus, not required) </li><li>While a background in IT is beneficial, it is not required </li></ul>
