<p>Kforce has a client in need of a Business Project Manager in Boston, MA.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end program planning and execution, integrating all workstreams into a single, cohesive roadmap </li><li>Develop and manage program and workstream project plans, aligning dependencies, timelines, and deliverables </li><li>Drive execution across strategy, go-to-market, marketing, communications, training, rollout, change management, and support </li><li>Lead and coordinate matrixed, cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and alignment to program goals </li><li>Partner with workstream leads and the Enterprise Technology Project Manager to align strategy, roles, and resources </li><li>Lead sales, marketing, communications, and training strategies to ensure consistent messaging and user readiness </li><li>Develop and execute communication and change management plans to drive adoption and minimize disruption </li><li>Identify impacted stakeholders and ensure readiness across sales, operations, and customer-facing teams </li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, governance forums, and executive updates </li><li>Drive delivery excellence by monitoring progress, managing risks, and resolving dependencies </li><li>Integrate status, risks, issues, and reporting into a comprehensive program view and monitor SOW adherence* BA/BS in Business or equivalent experience </li><li>8-10 years of program and project leadership experience </li><li>Experience leading large, complex initiatives and matrixed teams </li><li>Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills </li><li>Strategic mindset spanning business strategy through execution </li><li>Strong organizational, risk management, and business/technical acumen (SDLC, Agile) </li></ul>
