Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM</p> <p>Pay: $17 - $20/hour</p> <p>Benefits: Health insurance (medical, dental, vision), EAP, PTO, paid holidays, 401K, ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)</p> <p>Power-Flo Technologies is seeking a Laborer to join our Pump and Motor Repair Team.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Assist mechanics with cleaning, painting, testing, and disassembling AC/DC motors & pumps. </li><li>Clean parts </li><li>Maintain the tool areas </li><li>Help troubleshoot & repair pumps, motors, and fans in-shop and on-site. </li><li>Use power tools, hand tools, and a multimeter for repairs. </li><li>Assist with the replacing & wiring of electric motors at job sites. </li></ul> <p>What You Need:</p> <ul> <li>Mechanical/technical skills & experience with hand/power tools. </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot electrical & mechanical systems. </li><li>Basic PC knowledge & strong communication skills. </li><li>Valid driver's license (clean for 7 years). </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Stand for up to 8 hours, lift 50 lbs, and work on ladders/platforms. </li><li>Exposure to dust, loud noise, and temperature changes. </li><li>This position may require standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching and/or reaching </li><li>Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills may be required for hand tools, power tools, and other machinery </li></ul> <p>Join our team and build your skills in a hands-on environment!</p> <p>About Us</p> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer.
