<p>Kforce has a client seeking a remote Oracle HCM Project Manager to support a critical initiative focused on HCM modules including Absence Management and Payroll. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring key milestones and deliverables remain on track.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM initiatives, specifically Absence Management and Payroll </li><li>Maintain project momentum by coordinating across functional, technical, and business stakeholders </li><li>Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met </li><li>Facilitate project status meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive reporting </li><li>Identify project risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies </li><li>Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and implemented correctly </li><li>Oversee testing coordination, issue resolution, and deployment readiness </li><li>Ensure adherence to project governance and best practices for Oracle Cloud implementations* 5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives </li><li>Hands-on experience managing Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations, ideally within HCM </li><li>Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT </li><li>Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, particularly Absence Management and Payroll </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep projects on schedule </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>PMP certification or equivalent project management certification </li><li>Prior experience managing Oracle Cloud HCM transformations or upgrades </li><li>Experience working in large enterprise environments </li><li>Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies </li></ul>
