<p>Position Summary</p> <p>This is a onsite Manufacturing Associate role supporting bulk formulation and sterile fill finish operations for liquid injectable pharmaceutical products under cGMP regulations. The position operates Monday through Friday for 8 hours per day, excluding lunch, with a flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required based on business needs.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform routine manufacturing tasks in accordance with internal SOPs and cGMP requirements </li><li>Prepare material components and equipment for manufacturing operations </li><li>Execute bulk drug formulation using laboratory equipment such as mixers, balances, and pH meters while gowned in Class C (ISO 7) cleanroom conditions </li><li>Perform sterile filtration activities in Class C (ISO 7) environments </li><li>Conduct sterile filling of drug product, media, and buffers using automated filling and closing equipment in Class C (ISO 7) conditions </li><li>Accurately document all activities in batch records, logbooks, and other controlled documentation </li><li>Maintain cleanliness of manufacturing areas and equipment </li><li>Perform basic arithmetic and algebraic calculations to support manufacturing activities </li><li>Participate in inspection readiness efforts and audits </li><li>Support validations and qualifications for new processes and equipment </li><li>Collect and dispose of laboratory waste according to established procedures </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 to 4 years of relevant pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing experience required </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences preferred </li><li>Experience working in a cGMP-regulated environment strongly preferred </li><li>Experience within a contract manufacturing organization is a plus </li></ul> <p>Required Skills and Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Strong time and project management skills with the ability to multitask </li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision </li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy </li><li>High level of personal and professional integrity with a strong work ethic </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
