Responsibilities will focus on administrative support including paperwork, file management, and other assigned tasks with expectations for the effective, efficient, achievement of program's goal, within established time-frames.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Assemble/build new files and regular filing. </li><li>Maintain youth records, manage checklists/audits of records what is needed, due, expired or missing to support case compliance. </li><li>Assist with administrative support for nursing, case management and clinical staff. </li><li>Assist with facility safety inspections and safety drills. </li><li>Assist with shopping for youth. </li><li>Assist with consent requests, referral forms and other documentation </li><li>Assist with credit card reconciliation. </li><li>Transfer SER information from agency database to State database within time requirements. </li><li>Run necessary errands to drop off, purchase, or pick up items for care of youth or in support of youth cases. </li><li>Assists with appointment scheduling and/or referrals. </li><li>Assists with meeting scheduling, meeting minutes, agendas, etc. </li><li>Assists with Secret Santa program and on-site donations for foster care youth or families. </li><li>This position will work occasional evening and weekend hours. </li></ul> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None</p> <p>LANGUAGE SKILLS:</p> <p>Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to organize and multi-task with many different projects simultaneously.</p> <p>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:</p> <p>Ability to apply concepts of simple math and algebra.</p> <p>REASONING ABILITY:</p> <p>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only</p> <p>limited standardization exists. Ability to keep thorough and accurate records.</p> <p>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</p> <p>COMPUTER SKILLS:</p> <p>Strong computer proficiencies are essential; must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs</p> <p>such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Must demonstrate proficiency in navigating Caritas database and</p> <p>State of Illinois SACWIS database.</p> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to</p> <p>successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
