With low investment minimums through our funds and with more than 45,000 private placements completed across 450+ companies, EquityZen leads the way in delivering "Private Markets for the Public".</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL DO</p> <p>In this role, you will be the go-to person ensuring that all marketing activities are on track and reported clearly and systemically with an eye beyond just performance to business impact. To succeed in this role, you will think steps ahead to identify any points where efforts may get stuck along the way. Your love of analysis will shine through in your ability to present both accomplishments and challenges, identify opportunities for the business to stand out and recommend new breakthrough ideas. You will be a key member of a small yet high-performing team where your input and ideas will allow us to increase our output and impact. Key activities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Managing marketing projects and activities including short-term initiatives and ongoing support for activities such as content publishing, social media, etc. </li><li>Preparing monthly Marketing reporting including activity performance (email marketing, SEO, etc.) against goals. </li><li>Developing and presenting ongoing competitor and market tracking programs. </li><li>Tracking ongoing partner marketing performance. </li><li>Assisting in troubleshooting operational issues and proposing solutions to fix root causes. </li><li>Partner with colleagues across Marketing Sales, and Business Operations to accelerate and optimize activities. . </li><li>Make strategic improvements that inform strategy, performance marketing, client engagement and other marketing activities. . </li><li>Create and maintain documentation of key marketing operations processes. </li></ul> <p>THE RIGHT STUFF</p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience. </li><li>4+ years of experience in a marketing role. 2+ years in marketing operations. </li><li>Marketing strategy and planning experience including identification of target audiences and developing ongoing competitive analysis and market research programs. </li><li>Proficiency in Hubspot, Salesforce, and other marketing software. </li><li>Proficiency with Asana / project management software. </li><li>Prior marketing strategy and operations experience preferably within a regulated industry. </li><li>Experience managing both projects and ongoing marketing activities. </li><li>Excellent technical capabilities and communication skills. </li></ul> <p>BONUS POINTS</p> <ul> <li>Agency experience in account management or strategy and/or in-house marketing operations experience. </li><li>Familiarity with SEO reporting. </li><li>Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques for marketing campaigns. </li><li>Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio) to present marketing performance insights. </li><li>Project management certification or experience managing complex marketing projects. </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION</p> <ul> <li>$100,000 - $110,000 annually </li></ul> <p>LOCATION</p> <ul> <li>This role is based in our NYC office on a hybrid schedule of 3x a week (Tue/Wed/Thur) </li></ul> <p>EquityZen also offers full employee benefits (health, dental, vision), 401k, individual professional development and wellness budget, generous time off policies and more!</p> <p>EquityZen provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
