<p>General Function</p> <p>Coordinate resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Meet with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project </li><li>Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility </li><li>Ensure resource availability and allocation </li><li>Develop a detailed project plan to track progress </li><li>Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs </li><li>Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques </li><li>Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals </li><li>Communicate project status consistently (weekly/bi-weekly as appropriate) with project team and stakeholders </li><li>Report and escalate to management as needed </li><li>Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders </li><li>Perform risk management to minimize project risks </li><li>Perform a formal project closure and communicate lessons learned to leadership </li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors </li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation </li><li>Manage multiple projects at once </li><li>Coaches employees/staff as required to assist with milestones/deadlines </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and up to 3 years of related experience; or an Associate Degree from a regionally accredited institution and5 years of related experience. A Certified Associate in Project Manager (CAPM) is required at time of application, or within 12 months of hire.
