<p>Job Title: Test Technician</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a diligent and skilled Test Technician to join our team. This role involves using test failure reports, schematics, and datasheets to accurately troubleshoot assembly or system level failures to the component level. The technician will collaborate with Test Engineers and customers to enhance understanding of functionality. The position also includes providing break-fix support for test equipment.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot assembly or system level failures to the component level using test failure reports, schematics, and datasheets. </li><li>Collaborate with Test Engineers and customers to gain knowledge of functionality. </li><li>Provide break-fix support for test equipment. </li><li>Utilize appropriate tools for the creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, and processes. </li><li>Demonstrate a basic understanding of discipline-specific processes and product requirements and specifications. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency with oscilloscope, schematic, electronics, troubleshooting, multimeters, and network analyzers. </li><li>Experience working with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers (2 plus years of experience). </li><li>Ability to track bugs and defects and devise solutions. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associates or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. </li><li>Any software programming experience is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincolnshire, IL.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
