This is a hands-on, floor-oriented role that partners closely with Operations to ensure effective system utilization, data accuracy, and consistent execution across inbound, inventory, replenishment, picking, and outbound processes.</p> <p>Reporting to the Director of Logistics, this role acts as a key bridge between Operations, IT, and external vendors, supporting reliable system performance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Operations to support WMS systems enhancements to inbound, inventory, replenishment, picking, and shipping workflows </li><li>Troubleshoot WMS workflows and warehouse technologies (RF devices, scanners, printers, labeling systems) </li><li>Perform root cause analysis and support resolution of recurring system or process issues </li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for WMS-related operational support on the warehouse floor </li><li>Monitor system usage, transaction flow, and inventory accuracy to ensure reliable execution </li><li>Utilize SQL and reporting tools to validate data, reconcile discrepancies, and support decision-making </li><li>Partner with IT and vendors on system integrations, upgrades, testing (UAT), and enhancements </li><li>Train employees on WMS processes and develop SOPs to ensure consistent system usage </li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives through Lean practices and data-driven insights </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) </li><li>3-5+ years of experience supporting a Warehouse Management System in a distribution or logistics environment </li><li>Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations </li><li>Working knowledge of SQL or Python to support configuration, reporting, and data troubleshooting within a low-code WMS environment </li><li>Experience supporting system testing, implementations, or operational deployments </li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills </li><li>Ability to prioritize and support real-time operational needs in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Tier-1 WMS/ERP systems (e.g., Epicor Eclipse, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Infor) </li><li>Experience in automated warehouse environments (AS/RS, conveyors, sortation) </li><li>Exposure to Lean or continuous improvement methodologies </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Pay </li><li>401k Profit Sharing w/ Employer Contribution </li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance </li><li>Long-Term Disability </li><li>Paid Holidays and Vacation </li><li>Career Advancement Opportunities </li><li>Employee Recognition Programs </li></ul> <p>This safety sensitive position requires a drug test prior to employment.</p> <p>Consolidated Supply Co. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status).</p>
