<p>Front of House Director of Operations</p> <p>Our Vision "To pursue excellence through care in the little things."</p> <p>Our Values Care for People, Build Community, Serve Others</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>The Director of FOH Operations is the culture setter for our FOH team. The Director of Operations will lead and inspire Supervisors, Trainers, and Team Members towards Winning Hearts Every Day. This director will model our vision and values on a daily basis by spending time with the team, meeting 1-1 with leaders, and actively coaching the team toward our collective goals.</p> <p>The Director of Operations is ultimately responsible for all aspects of operations including our people, processes, and procedures. This leader will continually look to relentlessly pursue excellence through creating systems, coaching the team, continually improving organization of scheduling, etc. This leader will strive toward operational excellence in our Winning Hearts Every Day strategy by creating a welcoming environment that supports craveable food, fast & accurate service. This director will coach and lead the team in all aspects of 2nd mile service, including, but not limited to, inspiring the team to be personal, generous, and proactive with our guests. This director will cultivate a culture that creates attentive and friendly team members who actively seek to connect with each other and our guests.</p> <p>The Director of Operations should model excellence in operations by hyper-focusing on people, process, and procedures, and lead with a continuous-improvement mindset. The Director of Operations is also responsible for developing strong operational leaders in the business so that we have a strong pipeline of leaders who can communicate our vision and strategy. This person will make selection and promotion decisions as they see fit, with the support of the Operator.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Labor Scheduling </li><li>Pathway Training </li><li>eRQAs </li><li>Daily Safe Critical Assessments </li><li>1-1 Coaching Sessions </li><li>Developing strong operational leaders </li><li>Creating a pipeline of future leaders to support the business </li><li>SmartShops with limited findings </li><li>Continually growing OSAT through quarterly goals </li><li>Maintaining team member accountability </li><li>QIVs over 95% </li><li>Organized and clean FOH and dining room </li><li>Continually improve drive thru operations </li></ul> <p>Professionalism - Demonstrates confidence, clarity, and maturity through both communication and body language. Protects sensitive information with discretion and displays strong business understanding by knowing core responsibilities, objectives, and the Operator's or Chick-fil-A's standards and preferences.</p> <p>Restaurant Acumen - Understands KPIs and implements systems to continually pursue excellence in these key focus areas. Holds the team to high standards of ownership to steward the business well.</p> <p>Tenacity - Follows through on every task, consistently meets deadlines, and actively identifies opportunities for improvement. Sets clear, actionable goals to pursue excellence.</p> <p>Leadership - Leads by example, motivates others, creates a positive and enjoyable atmosphere, and develops team members into high performers and future leaders. Builds a culture of integrity, ensuring standards are upheld even when not present, while inspiring the team to embrace the Winning Hearts Everyday strategy.</p> <p>Care Mindset - Approaches every interaction with honor, dignity, and respect.
