Must have own reliable vehicle. We are seeking individuals who can commit to 1st, 2nd, AND 3rd shift and be flexible within the week/weekends to cover available shifts. As an on call flex officer, you train in multiple locations and cover when needed. Schedule changes are frequent, so as a flex you MUST be able to have open availability, and be able to answer to the Operations Manager when called for a job or schedule change. Federally recognized holidays are paid time and a half!If you are called in on your day off on the day of - we pay time and a half for short notice.</p> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Current Driver's License and a good driving record </li><li>MUST have reliable transportation as you will be traveling to multiple sites. </li><li>Mileage and time travel pay! </li><li>Must be able to obtain WI State Security Officer License </li><li>Pass background check </li><li>Must pass on-site drug test at time of hire </li><li>Must be 18 years of age or older </li><li>Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security - Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability. </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Must be able to be professional in all settings, have open communication with Operations Manager and be able to learn quickly. </li></ul> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations- Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts- Report any facility issues- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations if applicable</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>18 years of age or older </li><li>Familiarity with security equipment </li><li>Ability to handle physical workload </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Must be responsible and dependable </li><li>Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security - Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability. </li><li>Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
