Cherokee Hills at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring a seasonal part-time Golf Cart Attendant to greet guests with professionalism and warmth, answer questions, provide directions, and ensure smooth daily operations outside the Pro Shop-all while creating a welcoming, top-tier experience for every visitor.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Picks up and drops off golf course guest in the parking lot.</p> </li><li> <p>Meets and greets guests with a smile, giving proper directions and information to the guests.</p> </li><li> <p>Keeps area free of trash and debris.</p> </li><li> <p>Picks up range baskets and balls.</p> </li><li> <p>Keeps cart fleet clean and in good repair.</p> </li><li> <p>No supervisory or management authority.</p> </li><li> <p>This position requires frequent standing and walking.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs.</p> </li><li> <p>Work is performed in an environment with moderate exposure to extreme temperatures, dirt, chemicals, and dust.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of experience in golf operations is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced knowledge of the sport of golf.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent customer service skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to maintain a professional status with guests and vendors.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent problem-solving skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to maintain a close working relationship with management and co-workers.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.</p> </li></ul>
