You will collaborate with bankers and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage and monitor SBA 7(a) small loan portfolios.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with the SBA's SOP and internal policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Process new loans, loan modifications, and guaranty fee calculations.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize ETRAN for SBSS, servicing updates, and reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with borrowers, and internal teams to maintain portfolio health.</p> </li><li> <p>File UCCs, manage insurance requirements, request title and environmental reports.</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage and service a portfolio of existing loan relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and portfolio profitability.</p> </li><li> <p>Expand and build relationships with clients, addressing their financial needs and providing exceptional service.</p> </li><li> <p>Spread and analyze financial statements, address industry risks, and monitor collateral requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Structure loans, perform credit analysis and underwriting, and monitor credit performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Handle reporting on loans, including past dues, documentation and collateral exceptions, financial performance updates, and auto risk grades.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay informed of financial and market trends, analyzing their impact on the portfolio.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li> <p>2 to 4 years of SBA lending experience, specifically SBA 7(a) small loans.</p> </li><li> <p>Closing loans with collateral including loans with real estate</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of SBA SOPs, guaranty fees, and servicing requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience with ETRAN and SBA reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent analytical and communication skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>2+ years of experience in banking, relationship management, lending, underwriting, credit, or other directly related experience (required).</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (required).</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of SBA loans, credit analysis, spreading and analyzing financial statements, risk analysis, credit scoring, and loan documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Solid understanding of SBA small loans, services, policies, procedures, and regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong credit skills in underwriting, financial modeling, valuations, and adherence to policy.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent customer service, relationship management, organizational, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills required.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have solid communications skills, both verbal and written.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of various software applications including word processing and spreadsheets.</p> </li></ul> <p>An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.</p> <p>Apply today and help us empower small businesses to thrive!</p> <p>Visa Sponsorship</p> <p>This Portfolio Manager position is currently not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa).
