<p>Job Description</p> <p>Infosys is seeking a Technical Business Analyst. This role specializes in the management of significant technical projects in support of Technology Research and Innovations ' (TRI) objectives. This position will oversee all aspects of project lifecycle including project planning, goal setting, managing schedules, and coordinating resources to ensure projects are completed to specification, within the established timeframe, and budget. The ideal candidate will closely partner with functions across the enterprise to ensure alignment and successful delivery, including Operational and Technology Risk, IT Architecture, Business Architecture, Service Architecture, Application Development, infrastructure teams, Architecture Review Board (ARB) and others.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <p>Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas/Johnson City TX or Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.</p> <p>At least 4+ years in the technology industry with professional Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Business Analyst experience including project Initiation, Planning, Tracking, Delivery and Closure, preferably related to application development, infrastructure / architecture and / or research.</p> <p>Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, HP PPM, MS Office tools, PowerBI.</p> <p>Experience in IAM, Azure</p> <p>Experience delivering software development projects implemented using Waterfall and agile methodologies.</p> <p>Experience with Release Planning and Management, Risk and Issue Identification and Management, Software Development Quality Management, Resource Identification and Planning, and Stakeholder Communication.</p> <p>Experience managing vendors to procure staffing, licenses, tools, and other consulting services</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>CSM or PMP certified professionals would be preferred.</p> <p>Experience in Blockchain would be highly preferred.</p> <p>Excellent communication skills and ability to work asynchronously with distributed teams.</p> <p>Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment</p> <p>Analytical skills</p> <p>Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.</p> <p>Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
