They are considered the example of excellence that Team Members-in-Training should strive to become. They can be relied upon to resolve minor operational issues. A Team Member should support the execution of our restaurant training plan. Their role is to reinforce and uphold all Pathway operational procedures and restaurant handbook policies on a daily basis. They will also play a primary role in training new Team Members-in-Training.
