This role will act as the primary point of contact for Client engagements while managing a project plan and executing and overseeing all onboarding activities from applicant vetting through "go-live" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved. In addition, the FICC Integration Associate Director will also work closely with the Integration Leadership Team, managing day to day Integration activities related to client connectivity, testing and handling escalations as needed.</p> <p>Your Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with application development, operations, product, sales and relationship management teams to identify customer requirements and recommend product or service offerings accordingly. Prepare and deliver detailed solution proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimations </li><li>Provide insight into product features, capabilities, and competitive differentiators top help position the best solutions </li><li>Build strong relationship with clients to understand their technical challenges and provide appropriate solutions </li><li>Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement </li><li>Drive the planning, execution and reporting of key Integration initiatives in support of FICC solution's book of work </li><li>Support and execute on operational readiness activities and modernization exercise for various FICC solutions </li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Integration consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance </li><li>Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional development </li><li>Partner with Managers in managing work assignment, initiative engagement and team capacity </li><li>Act as escalation point for the team, capable of resolving complex integration issues and engaged appropriate teams as needed to clear the path for the team </li><li>Mitigate risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior </li></ul> <p>NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 10 years of related experience </li><li>Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience </li></ul> <p>Talents Needed for Success:</p> <ul> <li>Related experience in the Financial Services industry with understanding of IT/development projects, the Institutional Trade Flow and Trade Processing business </li><li>min 5 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role </li><li>Strong Agile project management skills with experience in leading pre-sales and implementation projects and cross-functional teams </li><li>Strong ability to learn systems, applications, APIs and various complex technical solutions </li><li>Ability to understand complex technical problems and offer practical and innovative solutions </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon to diverse audiences </li></ul> <p>The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
