Since 1954, Woodgrain is proud to be family owned and operated.</p> <p>JOB OVERVIEW</p> <p>Directly supervise and motivate Field Service Representatives (FSR) to provide top quality service for their stores by accomplishing the following tasks:</p> <p>o</p> <p>Working hands on with one FSR on one route per day.o</p> <p>Schedule and conduct weekly conference calls to train, instruct, and direct field service representatives.</p> <p>o</p> <p>Schedule and conduct in-store training on safety and job performance for new hires and existing employees</p> <ul> <li>Resolves all issues in the stores related to Woodgrain Distribution </li><li>Conducts continual FSR performance evaluations and is responsible for all disciplinary actions up to and including termination for FSRs. </li><li>Recruitment duties for your area including screening, interviewing, and candidate selection. </li></ul> <p>o</p> <p>The Fun Stuff:</p> <p>SHIFT WORK: Primarily M-F Days. Overtime is a requirement based on territory demands.</p> <p>TRAVEL: This is a remote position with required travel to stores daily and some overnight travel time to cover outlying areas in the region.
