<p>Overview</p> <p>Under general supervision, performs a variety of repair and routine semi-skilled maintenance for regional facilities. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to; equipment repair, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical trades work. Has available and operates a variety of maintenance and cleaning tools and equipment; and performs related work as required.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Performs a variety of routine semi-skilled maintenance for District facilities, including, but not limited to, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical trades work. Ensures that facilities are available for use and consistently maintained in a safe and clean condition.</p> <p>Keeping equipment, spaces, structures and infrastructure in proper operating condition.</p> <p>Performs equipment repairs and works with subject matter experts as necessary.</p> <p>Maintenance, installation, and repair of IT infrastructure.</p> <p>Assembles, repairs, maintains, and moves furniture, such as desks, cabinets, tables, chairs, shelves, and related fittings and fixtures.</p> <p>Conducts routine inspections and maintenance of heating, electrical, and air conditioning equipment; replaces filters; identifies and reports more complex maintenance needs to supervisor.</p> <p>Inspects facilities and grounds for safety and security; identifies and reports hazardous conditions and facility maintenance needs to supervisor.</p> <p>Follows safe working practices and makes appropriate use of related safety equipment as required.</p> <p>Assist GM with supervising custodial staff and tasks.</p> <p>Assists with structural pest control measures.</p> <p>Clocks in and out at each facility.</p> <p>Maintains records and logs of daily activities.</p> <p>Assists with regional special events, as needed.</p> <p>Performs related duties, as assigned.</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>Solid understanding of IT, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems as well as other crafts.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Must have tools, transportation, drivers licenses.</p> <p>Must be fluent in the English language.</p> <p>Experienced with MS Office and Dropbox.</p> <p>Have access to a PC, laptop, and email platform.</p>
