<p>Job Details</p> <p>Major Food Group is hiring Sommeliers to join our team at CARBONE VINO!</p> <p>Located in the heart of Coconut Grove, CARBONE VINO presents all of the legendary restaurant brand's signature dishes, a collection of exceptional new additions to the repertoire, and a dynamic beverage program that gives guests the opportunity to enjoy fine and rare wines by the glass. Adding to the concept's appeal is a world-class bar that serves the complete menu and welcomes walk-ins-because CARBONE VINO was designed to be the kind of restaurant that diners can visit time and time again.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Assist guests with wine, sake and champagne selection, consider their taste and budget when guiding them through the menu </li><li>Anticipate guest needs.
