<p>Westerville Post Acute and Memory Care offers in house Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies!</p> <p>Our team strives to provide high-quality services to maximize our acute and long-term patient population. Our experienced therapists work closely with patients and their caregivers to build customized rehabilitation programs tailored for pt-centered needs. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term and long-term patient. Westerville Post Acute has 2 separate PT & OT gyms, as well as a designated ST space for the delivery of excellent pt care. Our therapy team is growing and we are looking for a passionate PT to join us!</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals. </li><li>Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' fine motor skills, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living. </li><li>Supervisory responsibilities for our PTA's </li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. </li><li>Educate patients and their families on home exercises and adaptive techniques. </li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist. </li><li>Proficiency in medical terminology and patient service best practices. </li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>EMR at Westerville: Nethealth & PCC</p>
