<p>Student Worker - HHK</p> <p>Fall 2026 & Spring 2027</p> <p>Number of Openings: 2</p> <p>Purpose/Objective of the Role:</p> <ul> <li>To assist Academic Assistant and Faculty with operations of the department and preparation for classes. </li></ul> <p>Tasks & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Check Mail/duplicating </li><li>Update website and lobby monitor </li><li>Create and post flyers for upcoming events, attend events, create and post weekly classroom schedules </li><li>Answer visitor questions and provide building directions </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Canva experience for making flyers and other documents </li><li>General office skills </li></ul> <p>Potential Future Career Benefit:</p> <ul> <li>To gain experience in general office skills, become familiar with the working of an academic office, and develop relationships and networking skills. </li></ul> <p>NOTE: Employment sponsorship is not available for this position.
