<p>Description</p> <p>Twitter</p> <p>Linkedin</p> <p>Facebook</p> <p>Google+Pinterestemail</p> <p>The Tankerman-PIC (Barge) (AB/Tankerman) shall notify the Watch Officer where he/she</p> <p>is and what he/she is doing at all times while performing his/her duties. While at sea, the AB/Tankerman shall perform the daily duties as assigned.</p> <p>While in port, the AB/Tankerman is responsible for the proper operation of the Tank Barge.</p> <p>He/she shall perform duties as specified by the Master or Barge PIC including the duties of the PIC, if required. Said duties shall include but not be limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Comply with the </li></ul> <p>Company's MS requirements related to the position.</p> <ul> <li>Performing housekeeping functions as directed. </li><li>Performing assigned deck maintenance. </li><li>Acting as lookout. </li><li>Participate in cargo transfer operations. </li><li>Maintaining equipment and gear inventory log. </li><li>Ensuring that the vessel is clean and sanitary with good appearance and condition. </li><li>Maintaining and ensuring that deck equipment is in working </li></ul> <p>order.</p> <ul> <li>Logging and correcting deck equipment problems. </li><li>Notifying the Master and/or Cargo Mate of safety equipment problems and logging and correcting these deficiencies. </li><li>Instructing others as required. </li><li>Accurately completing all cargo related forms and ensuring such records are reviewed by the Master and/or Mate. </li></ul> <p>Twitter</p> <p>Linkedin</p> <p>FacebookGoogle+Pinterestemail</p> <p>Your browser failed to load the job description PDF in iframe.
