Drexel is continuing to monitor the situation and will share updates as they become available for calendar year 2026.</p> <p>Residential Coordinator for Greek and Graduate Housing</p> <p>Apply now Job no: 505315</p> <p>Work type: Full-Time</p> <p>Location: University City - Philadelphia, PA</p> <p>Categories: Drexel University, Enrollment Management and Student Success</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Residential Coordinator (RC) for Greek and Graduate Housing is a full-time, live-in professional staff member serving as part of the Residential Living team and reporting to the Director of Residence Life. This position is responsible for the oversight, support, and community development of the Greek Housing and Graduate Housing communities, with a particular focus on the university-owned API properties. The Residential Coordinator will work in close coordination with the Associate Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life to support chapter housing operations and engagement. This role includes evening and weekend responsibilities and requires a high level of collaboration across campus departments.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary Residence Life contact for Greek and Graduate Housing, including direct oversight of university-owned API properties. </li><li>Provide day-to-day management and community support for the API graduate housing complex, including occupancy coordination, facilities concerns, and resident engagement. </li><li>Collaborate with the Associate Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life to support housing operations, chapter accountability, and community development within Greek Housing. </li><li>Assist in implementing and supporting Greek life initiatives such House Manager Training, Health & Safety Training and Greek life traditions including Hazing Prevention Week. </li><li>Coordinate and support signature events such as Night on the Row, Greek Week, and other traditions as defined by the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life. </li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Public Safety, Office of Graduate Studies, etc. </li><li>Lead assessment and evaluation efforts for both Greek and Graduate Housing to inform programmatic and operational improvements. </li><li>Collaborate with Housing Operations and Occupancy Management on term transitions, move-ins, and move-outs for Greek and graduate student residents. </li><li>Partner with the Office of Student Conduct to adjudicate individual violations of the Student Code of Conduct involving Greek Housing residents. </li><li>Serve in the on-call duty rotation for the entire residential community, providing crisis response and support to all campus housing areas. </li><li>Support professional staff development and serve on departmental and university-wide committees as assigned. </li><li>Conduct weekly post-event walkthroughs of Greek facilities to ensure compliance with Student Code of Conduct and residential policies. </li><li>Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Director of Residence Life. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience. Compensation for this grade ranges from $47,490 - $71,230 per year.
