<p>MoneyLion is looking for a Brand Intern who lives at the intersection of money, culture, and the internet-someone who knows what's trending before it trends. This role will support brand, social, and campaign efforts, helping bring ideas to life across channels.</p> <p>What You'll Work On</p> <ul> <li>Track and analyze brand + content performance metrics (engagement, views, conversion signals) </li><li>Help bring campaign ideas to life (summer campaign, cultural moments, product drops) </li><li>Support always-on social + content creation (trend spotting, ideation, scripting) </li><li>Help bring campaign ideas to life (summer campaign, cultural moments, product drops) </li><li>Assist with real customer storytelling (testimonials, UGC, pulling standout quotes + shaping narratives) </li><li>Contribute to in-app content ideas that drive engagement </li><li>Support competitive and cultural analysis to identify opportunities and trends </li><li>Research internet culture, trends, and competitors to keep MoneyLion relevant and ahead </li><li>Support creator/influencer efforts (sourcing, tracking, organizing content) </li><li>Help with brand strategy + creative ideations </li><li>Jump into IRL activations + scrappy brand moments when needed </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li>Deeply tapped into TikTok, Instagram, and internet culture </li><li>A creative thinker who brings ideas, not just execution </li><li>Strong at short-form writing (hooks, captions, scripts) </li><li>Organized and able to juggle multiple projects </li><li>Curious about money, fintech, and consumer behavior </li><li>Comfortable working with data and pulling insights from performance metrics </li><li>Scrappy, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points</p> <ul> <li>You've run a social account, brand page, or content channel </li><li>Experience with UGC or creator content </li><li>Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) </li><li>Comfortable with Slides or Figma </li></ul> <p>Gen is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusivity.
