We invest in our employees with many opportunities for growth and development!</p> <p>Our ideal candidate must be a strong team player that is friendly, helpful, courteous, energetic and able to work at least one weekend shift each week.</p> <p>Mandatory Reception Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to handle a sometimes-high stress work environment </li><li>Answering multiple phone lines </li><li>Making appointments for specialists & knowing the difference between the specialties </li><li>Exceptional customer service and competency </li><li>Emailing/scanning/faxing </li><li>Invoicing handling cash/credit/check transactions </li><li>Cleaning and maintaining rooms and lobby </li><li>Triaging over the phone as well as incoming patients </li><li>Maintain professionalism in emergency situations </li></ul> <p>Pay Range - $15-$18/hour</p> <p>We offer benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, matching 401(k), paid parental leave, holiday pay incentives, generous pet discounts, and much more!
