The Supply Chain Tech is also responsible for conducting physical inventories of all POU areas according to the defined schedule.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Required:</p> <p>High school diploma or GED is required</p> <p>Preferred:</p> <p>At least 1year related experience</p> <p>Scheduling Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Shift- 7:00am- 3:00pm </li><li>Monday-Friday with rotating weekends/holidays </li><li>Full Time/Day </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver supplies in an accurate and timely manner </li><li>Managed expired products, and maintain FIFO </li><li>Receive expedited deliveries, accurately key receiving into the PeopleSoft system, and deliver to appropriate department(s) </li><li>Receive all cross docked items into the PeopleSoft system as appropriate </li><li>Review Min/Max for storeroom safety stock daily and place orders appropriately </li><li>Count par level areas (Nursing Units areas) weekly according to schedule </li><li>Ensure Nursing Units items have the appropriate barcodes and storage bins are cleaned </li><li>Rotate stock in Nursing Units areas and backup storeroom areas to ensure no items are out of date </li><li>Check after-hour logs for charges and determine how to avoid reoccurrence </li><li>React appropriately to Nursing Units "critical point" messages and stock outs </li><li>Provide assistance to the Nursing units Station personnel as well as provide assistance with problems, questions and concerns at the nurse's stations </li><li>Handle all emergency supply situations </li><li>Rotate "on call" as appropriate </li><li>Verifies accuracy of all in-coming deliveries, by counting the actual </li><li>Verifies accuracy of all in-coming deliveries, by counting the actual items, comparing the count to the packing slip and receiving the items in the PeopleSoft Supply chain System </li><li>Keep all work stations clean and organized </li><li>U-boat collection before the end of every shift </li><li>maintain daily delivery and receiving log books </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Other Duties:</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
