The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for orthopedics and a thirst for continued knowledge and growth.</p> <ul> <li>Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results </li><li>Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines </li><li>Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers </li><li>Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians </li><li>Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals </li><li>Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments </li><li>Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program </li><li>Current state of Georgia license, CPR certification </li><li>Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills </li><li>Outgoing and energetic personality </li><li>New graduates are welcome! </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <ul> <li>Salary Range $75,000-$90000 </li><li>Sign-on bonuses available </li><li>MENTORSHIP and continuing education </li><li>In house APTA accredited RESIDENCY program available </li><li>Excellent benefits package, including 401k, holidays and paid time off </li><li>Community service opportunities. </li><li>Get to interact with a great team and support staff, and so much more! </li></ul>
